Shipping Policy

To avoid uncertainty, we ship exclusively within the United States, with no standard-shipping charge on any U.S. order. A tracking number is issued when the parcel leaves fulfillment.

For transparent service, order preparation normally takes 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Carrier transit is estimated at 4-6 business days after dispatch.

To make the process transparent, tracking is sent to the checkout contact information. Customers should provide a complete, accurate address and report a needed correction immediately, although an address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

For easy reference, weather, carrier interruptions, peak-volume conditions, address problems, or other events outside reasonable control can extend an estimate.

In keeping with our customer promise, cancellation is available before shipment; a dispatched purchase is handled under the Refund Policy. Taxes are collected when applicable law requires them.
